At Mise En Place Co., we understand our client’s requirements and thus pay extra attention to deliveries.

Each product specifies the shipping time required for that product. Details of shipping and terms are unique to each custom product and clearly mentioned in the PI (Performa Invoice) and Product Specification document.

All product specifications, terms, shipping details, challanges (if any) are clearly described before initiating the development process.

Since, all products are custom designed, the development process is based on prior approvals of samples and thus we  have a zero exchange policy.

Shipping insurances are under the Client preview and Agency (Mise-En-Place) has no take on it (unless otherwise stated in the SLA – Service level agreement).
