Mise En Place Co. commits to creating written content for the Client’s website upon request and in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. We assures that due diligence will be exercised to ensure the accuracy of all facts and statements in the content, avoiding any infringement on copyrights or third-party rights.
Our Company acknowledges the Client’s right to edit the content within the agreed-upon timeframe and pledges to collaborate with the Client in reviewing and refining the content before publication. The Client acknowledges their responsibility to thoroughly review the final draft for accuracy, including spelling, grammar, and statements. Mise En Place Co. is not responsible for errors identified after the website is live.
Mise En Place Co. undertakes the design and development of a website at the Client’s request, delivering the project according to the agreed-upon terms. The Client bears sole responsibility for outlining the specific structure, required number of pages, and other pertinent terms and conditions. The Client commits to providing Mise En Place Co. with satisfactory photography or imagery for incorporation into the design.
The Client is accountable for acquiring and purchasing a domain name. Mise En Place Co. may, at its discretion, guide the Client on suitable names.
The Client acknowledges that Mise En Place Co. is not accountable for errors, whether grammatical or otherwise, present in the material provided by the Client.
Mise En Place Co. agrees to address any errors or incorporate revisions requested by the Client within a maximum of three revisions. Significant design alterations will not be included in these revisions. The Client recognizes that any change requests made after final approval has been granted to Mise En Place Co. or after the website is live will incur additional charges. Work on subsequent change requests will commence only upon receipt of full payment.
The Client acknowledges that Mise En Place Co. will include a “Web Design by Mise En Place Co.” link in the footer section of each website they work on as part of Mise En Place Co.’s branding. Removal of this link will incur a charge. Due to the nature of business, Mise En Place Co. will not be held liable in case of website hacking, loss of rankings, or errors, etc.
Clients have the option to cancel website development or digital marketing projects if Mise En Place Co.’s team has not commenced work. Cancellations will not be accepted after 1 calendar day.
We strive to craft distinctive logos and provide our recommendations. Our logo designs are meticulously created through research and conceptualization, ensuring an alternative logo design if the proposed logo is rejected for trademark reasons. Should you encounter any challenges during the trademark registration process, feel free to reach out to us. We’ll present alternative variations for your consideration. However, it’s important to note that unlike the trademark registry, we don’t have access to all existing logos, making it nearly impossible to guarantee with absolute certainty that the chosen design bears no resemblance to an existing one.
